PSF’s Children’s Partnership Councils (CPC’s), initially established in 2013 with a goal to further engage community partners in our outlying areas, have served vulnerable and at-risk children and families in their communities and collaborated with local partners to fill identified resource gaps. CPC’s are established in Trenton, Lake City, Starke, Live Oak and Perry and are made up of community leaders and representatives from community agencies, civic groups, schools, and businesses that share our goal of serving at-risk youth and their families. The CPC’s serve as an innovative way to reach our uniquely large coverage area and will strengthen relationships in our outlying areas. For more information or to join a Council in your community, please email Getengaged@pfsf.org.

Child abuse is preventable
We can help change the lives of many children and teens.

A hallmark of PSF’s system of care is our belief that child abuse is preventable. We have found that by providing resources and supports to families in need on the front end, many can avoid reaching the crises that lead to formal child welfare involvement functions.
